The stately moose cow cares lovingly for her little calf. She suckles it several times a day. To keep her strength up, the mom needs to eat plenty of fresh grass. In search of a lush meadow, she stretches her long muzzle into the air and sniffs. When she gets the scent of some juicy grass, she strides off with big steps ahead through the forest with her calf following behind.
